In an effort to engage young professionals in the real estate community, ULI Houston started the Young Leaders program in 2002. To date this program has grown by leaps and bounds throughout the U.S. The program is offered to those under 35 and now has more than 1,200 members, with over 30 district councils incorporating Young Leaders into their activities.

The energy, enthusiasm and increased diversity this new effort is bringing to ULI locally and nationally is truly phenomenal. Our local monthly luncheons have several networking opportunities and education sessions targeted to these rising stars.

In addition, the Young Leaders host Lecture Series monthly as well, which offer educational and networking opportunities with the leaders in the local real estate industry. They also host various social events throughout the year as well.
