Overview :
Please join us on Wednesday, July 16th, when we meet with Mr. Benji Homsey, President of ZaZa Development Company. Mr. Homsey will discuss the process that he and his team undertook—including the challenges they faced and how they successfully overcame them—during their redevelopment of the historic Warwick Hotel into the new Hotel ZaZa Houston. Mr. Homsey will also offer his thoughts of the hospitality industry in general, and on the current market climate for the industry in Houston. Following his talk, Mr. Homsey will take us on a guided tour of the hotel.
