- Entrants
shall save all images in digital format to a PowerPoint
presentation and attach it with the award application.
Images should not exceed 500 x 400 pixel resolution
and 72 dots per inch. Image files should be JPGs
or GIFs. Provide one Power-Point file per project.
The file name should be the same as the project
name (e.g., JonesHouse.ppt).

The final PowerPoint file should not exceed 5 MB.
- The
first image will include a title containing the
following: project name, project location, project
submitter, and primary contact, if different from
submitter (all as listed in the entry form)

Submittals must contain no more than 20 slides per
project. Each submittal should be concise and of
high graphic quality. Submittals may not contain
sound, animation, video clips, panorama movies,
hyperlinks, or links to other files.

Include graphic scales and north arrows to ensure
a complete understanding of your project.
Additional Requirements:

Floor plans and a site plan or aerial photography
are required.
- For
Renovation/Restoration, indicate pre-existing
conditions through plans and/or photographs.

| FINALIST
SITE VISITS: |
|
|
|
| |
All
finalists will be visited by an independent judging
panel, and photographed for inclusion in award event
materials and video vignettes. By submitting this application,
the nominator agrees to allow the judges and photographer
to tour the project. |

|
|
| APPLICATION
DEADLINE AND FEE: |
|
|
| |
All
applications and supporting materials, including the
appropriate entry fee, must be submitted no later than
SEPTEMBER 14, 2007. Late submissions will be accepted
between September 15-September 21 for an additional
$100 fee. Send
