Please join the ULI Young Leaders at Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge as we welcome Geoffrey Jones, Co-General Partner of the Houston Pavilions. Individually, and as CEO of Houston-based Texas Real Estate Fund, Inc. (TREF), he has developed, owned, and invested in shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, and residential projects in the metropolitan Houston area since the 1980s. His projects include the Compass Bank Building and the Cedarstone Office Complex in The Woodlands, Northdale Plaza in Kingwood, April Pointe Plaza on Lake Conroe and Theiss Oaks Square in the FM 1960 area. He is one of the original founders of First National Bank of The Woodlands (now Compass Bank).

The Houston Pavilions developed by Geoffrey Jones and William Denton, is a $160 million project spanning three city blocks, offering nearly 700,000 square feet of retail, office space and much more to tenants and visitors. The development opened in the spring of 2008, adding a valuable component to downtown's convention corridor.

Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge opened its doors in October of 2009. A major success nationally, Lucky Strike is a hip, stylish, boutique bowling alley/lounge hybrid with a modern atmosphere, plush amenities, featuring cutting edge A/V technology, top-notch service, and an extensive menu of comfort food favorites so good you might forget to bowl.

Your registration to this event entitles you to two drink tickets and light bites. Bowling is optional after the program and not included in your fee.
