Meet Mr. Marvy Finger and learn about his experience developing One Park Place, and building a company that specializes in luxury apartment communities across the country.

One Park Place is a 37-story, 346 unit luxury high-rise building adjacent to ULI Houston Award-winning Discovery Green park and a short walk to Downtown Houston's business, shopping, entertainment and sports venues. Its design is reminiscent of the historic structures that architecturally define Central Park in New York City as well as other great urban spaces in Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.

Marvy A. Finger, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Finger Companies, has been planning and developing luxury multi-family real estate properties in metropolitan areas across the United States for over 50 years. He has been directly involved in the development or rehabilitation of over 30,000 units. In 1985 he developed his first mid rise apartment in Wheeling, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The Finger Companies also has developed properties in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas, is married and has two children.
