Ralph Tulier and Kyle Miller, both of Trammell Crow Company, will discuss the development of the Greenway Commons Retail Project. The two-story, 256,700 square foot retail center is an urban infill, mixed-use development that features a 164,000 square foot Costco, projected to generate $200 million in annual sales. An LA Fitness health club occupies 45,000 square feet on the second story directly above. Greenway Commons is located on 15.4 acres of the 24-acre development site--one of the largest urban infill sites in the city, encompassing almost an entire city block inside Houston’s inner loop.

Some of the topics of discussion will be: site selection, working with HISD to acquire the land, and securing tenants for the development.

The event will be held on the second-story patios. Park in front of the building or on the first or third level of the garage. The third level of the garage will lead directly to the second level of the retail building.
