Event Overview :

Hines, headquartered in Houston, is responsible for many of our iconic Downtown buildings, including Pennzoil Place, Bank of America Center, and One Shell Plaza. Hines now stands ready to add another distinctive building to Houston’s skyline: MainPlace, at 811 Main Street. The 46-story office tower is LEED Silver pre-certified, and will contain approximately one million rentable square feet. Located on the MetroRail line, and taking the place of what had been a blighted block, the building is expected to further promote the redevelopment of Houston’s Downtown, with its planned grand opening in February of 2011. Philip Croker, the Project Manager for MainPlace, will meet with us at Hines’ Southwest Regional Office at 717 Texas, Suite 1500, to discuss the project and show us the model of the building, designed by the highly-regarded architecture firm of Pickard Chilton.
Due to space limitations, registration for this event will be limited to the first 50 people who register.
