Event Overview:
Please
join us for a project overview and tour of The
Hanover Company’s 7 Riverway, Houston’s
newest high-rise apartment tower. The 21-story,
175-unit building adds a residential component
to the Riverway complex, which also features 3
office buildings and the Omni Houston Hotel, and
is located along the banks of Buffalo Bayou, near
the Galleria. Our speaker will be John Garibaldi,
Executive Vice President of The Hanover Company.
Mr. Garibaldi is responsible for all of Hanover’s
development activities on the Eastern half of
the United States, from Texas to the East Coast,
and maintains involvement in all aspects of apartment
development, construction, management, and finance.
He has spent the past 15 years developing apartments
across the country, primarily on the East and
West coasts, as well as Colorado and throughout
Texas.
