Overview :
ULI Young Leaders are ULI Members under the age of 35. As such, many may have never known anything other than “good times” in the development profession. Ken Hughes is an experienced Dallas-based developer, and as such has developed in times that were less than ideal; most importantly, though, he has lived to tell about it. Hughes is President of Hughes Development LP, a developer and owner of major retail, residential, mixed-use and transit-oriented projects, and will discuss one of his projects, Mockingbird Station, on March 26th at the ULI San Antonio Luncheon. On March 25th, the evening before the luncheon, he will speak to our Young Leaders Group on a different topic, especially relevant to the group: developing in challenging times, and getting back-to-basics while operating in a more hostile business environment. Please join us on Tuesday, March 25th at Blue Star Brewing Company for a unique opportunity to visit with and learn from an industry leader and veteran.
