For Members only, a presentation and tour of Quarry Village and Artessa at Quarry Village, San Antonio’s exciting new pedestrian-friendly environment to live, work, dine and recreate in one setting.
Quarry Village includes a high-energy “Main Street” with upscale specialty retailers at the street level, and luxury apartment homes on the upper levels. Opening in late 2009, Phase II will incorporate retail, office and fine dining establishments.
Mixed-use projects are redefining urban and suburban spaces and lifestyles. What are some of the challenges inherent in creating a successful mixed-use development? How can we balance residential, retail, restaurant and office uses?
A holiday cocktail reception will follow the presentation and tour where we will have an opportunity to celebrate our growth, and meet and connect with fellow members. Appetizers and beverage tickets will be provided.
