Event
Overview :
Please join us for a presentation on the Cevallos Street Lofts project by Mr. Daniel B. Markson, Senior Vice President-Development for The NRP Group. This multi-phased redevelopment on the Southern edge of the city’s central business district will start with the construction of upscale residential units rising four stories atop available commercial space. Apartments will include one and two bedroom luxury units which will be built around a concealed parking garage.
The design will enhance the area atmosphere by providing a pedestrian friendly feel that is harmonious with the architectural style of the neighborhood. The walking experience will extend from the warehouse district at South Flores to the arts district at Blue Star along Probandt Street. This development will complement the significant public investment of over $80 million that is currently being made to expand the San Antonio River to the South, as well as the private investment in housing through the adaptive reuse of warehouse spaces into condominiums.

ULI-
the Urban Land Institute, is the preeminent, multidisciplinary
real estate forum, facilitating the open exchange
of ideas, information, and experience among local,
national, and international industry leaders and policy
makers dedicated to creating better places. ULI’s
mission is to provide leadership in the responsible
