Urban infill projects present many challenges during the development process, especially in established neighborhoods such as Houston Heights. For our Young Leaders event on Thursday May 14, Tim Myers, Managing Partner of Allied Realty Services, will talk about the development process and lessons learned with the 2125 Yale development.

A veteran of the multi-family real estate market, Tim Myers co-founded Allied in 1985. A graduate of the University of Houston, he began his real estate career with the country’s largest independent apartment developer, Harold Farb Investments. During his 16-year tenure he rose to the position of Vice President – Property Management overseeing over 25,000 units in multiple states.

As Managing Partner, Tim coordinates all of the activities of Allied Realty Services, its affiliates and subsidiaries. Tim served as the 1994 President of the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) and the 1995-96 President of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and he is also a member of the Houston Apartment Association Hall of Fame. He currently serves as Director Emeritus of HAA, Board member of TAA and National Multi Housing Council, and member of the Assembly of Delegates of National Apartment Association.
