ULI
Houston Development of Distinction Awards define the standard
for excellence in the practice of real estate development
in the Houston region. This program centers on ULI’s
effort to identify and promote best practices in all development
types. The awards recognize the full development process —
construction, economic viability, marketing, and management
— as well as design. These projects support ULI Houston’s
mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of
land by creating and sustaining thriving communities, thereby
earning them this honor of distinction.
Please
join us in the Crystal Ballroom at The Rice on Tuesday, January
15, as we honor the following finalists and announce the recipient(s)
of the 2008 ULI Houston Development of Distinction Award.
