Overview:
Town
centers, transit villages, and main streets are hot
in today's development world. Interesting, pedestrian-friendly,
and dynamic mixed-use places are increasingly preferred
locations for shopping, working, living, and playing.
These mixed-use developments do not follow strict formulas,
and they are generally complex and difficult to undertake.
