Event
Overview: In
November, we are honored to welcome Gerald D. Hines, whose
projects demonstrate that great design and a commitment
to creating better urban environments enhance, rather
than detract from, profitability. It is not too much to
say that Hines embodies the mission of the Urban Land
Institute, providing responsible leadership in the use
of land in order to enhance the total environment. As
such, Hines was the 2002 recipient of the Urban Land Institute's
highest award, the J.C. Nichols Prize for Visionaries
in Urban Development, which recognizes an individual whose
career demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards
of responsible development.
Please
join us as this real estate legend shares insights gained
throughout his prolific career in Texas and throughout
the world, as well as his thoughts on the future of
the industry and the best opportunities for new development.
