Event Overview Please join the ULI Houston Young Leaders for a happy hour and networking event at Cova Hand-Selected Wines’ newest location, at 5555 Washington Avenue. We’ll be out on the patio (weather permitting) and will be joined by Cova owner and wine expert Monsterville Horton, IV, who will offer a few words about the wine bar and the rapidly-developing Rice Military neighborhood.
